HR Reporting Consultant

Job Description

 

Work Schedule: Normal working hours

Home office opportunity: Yes, depending on further agreement

 

As HR Reporting Consultant, you will be in charge of:

  • As the role holder you'll be responsible for managing regular and ad hoc reporting.
  • You'll be participating standardisation project and will be assisting in creation of repeatable, standard reporting solutions.
  • You will be supporting the customers to understand the data points and the analytics from a definitional and technical perspective as well.
  • You will be creating presentations using report data to provide insight on trends and issues.
  • You will be acting as a subject matter of expert for specialists reporting and will be providing coaching for HR colleagues and the business.
  • You will be responsible to solve complex reporting and data management problems in a quick and innovative way.
  • You will be responsible to solve customer issues, share best practises and drive continuous improvement

 

Soft skills:

  • Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service
  • Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation
  • Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation

 

Professional skills:

  • MS Excel
  • MS Access is an advantage
  • VBA scripting is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SQL language is an advantage

 

Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level
