Multilingual Service Desk Analyst - Level 1

Job Description

Our partner is a worldwide known company who has excellent it services globally, consulting, and business solutions are in their portfolio. As a great multinational company even in Hungary they represent themselves with a big Shared Service Center where they need more colleagues to meet the clients’ requirements and remain one of the best IT companies.
Now they are seeking for: 

German/Dutch/Italian/Czech/Polish/French/Greek speaking 
colleagues (SD)

 

(We are also open for part-timers for Service Desk Analyst L1 position supporting the following languages: Dutch,German,French)

 

Job Description

  • Provide first level call, email, and chat support to customer’s PC, including software and hardware related issues.
  • Assign unsolved cases to the appropriate IT teams.
  • Log all calls in the Helpdesk tracking database in English simultaneously with handling the call in native language
  • Instruct users on ICT processes
  • Document and share practices with other colleagues

Requirements

  • Strong German/Italian/Czech/Dutch/Polish/French/Greek knowledge (speaking and writing)
  • Strong English knowledge (speaking and writing)
  • Functional (How to) understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • 1+ Year experience in Call Center / Help Desk environment is a PLUS
  • You can be fresh graduated with language knowledge, they welcome:)
