Business Analyst

Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will play an important role in linking information technology capacity and business objectives. Your main goal will be to support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks.

Your main responsibilities in details are:

  • Lead requirement analysis, validation and verification
  • Ensuring that requirement statements are
    • Complete
    • Consistent
    • Feasible
    • Verifiable
  • Define KPIs and reporting requirements
  • Collect and analyze the project’s business requirement and transfer the knowledge to the development team
  • Manage requirement traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project
  • Effectively communicate relevant information to company management
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions
  • Excellent communicate skills
  • Perform Quality Assurance
  • Review and prepare system documentation and specifications
  • Discover issues, suggest changes and better solutions to the customer
  • Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value
  • Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
  • Manage changes to requirements through effective use of change control processes and tools
  • Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts
  • Assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules and methodologies
  • Perform data analysis by using SQL or other tools

 

 

 

 

 

We are looking for you in case you own

  • Previous experience in Business or Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
  • The ability to think analytically, solve problems to complex business processes and document results
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear manner
  • A strong understanding of web-based application delivery
  • The ability to work on multiple tasks at any one time while maintaining high quality standards
  • A process-oriented attitude and attention to details, critical thinking
  • The flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment
  • The ability to work under tight time constraints and pressure, excellent time management
  • The ability to develop workflows, diagrams, flowcharts, and analyze-type documentation
  • The ability to develop test scenarios and test cases and testing activities necessary to assess the quality and completion of system implementations
  • The ability to develop contingency plans, to monitor, manage project scope and perform change management activities and resolve project issues
  • Proved project management knowledge, ITIL
  • Thorough understanding of systems and BI -specific business applications, SAP, MS
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
  • Experience in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Solid experience in writing SQL queries
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office and Visio
  • English language knowledge in working proficiency
  • A degree in IT / Computer Science or relevant field
