HR Service Team Leader

Job Description

Tasks:

  • Personnel management and continuous improvement of the team consisting of HR Specialists by using  tools 
  • Responsible for continuous process improvement within the team as well as with our systems (e.g. Case Management System)
  • Responsible for the performance of the team and guarantee the compliance of KPIs in acc. with SLAs
  • Member of GBS HR Germany Management-Team and close cooperation with colleagues from the GBS Organization and the HR Business Partners
  • Support the team with operational work (customer service, time management, certifications, controlling, Case Administration)

Requirements:

  • University degree (e.g. economics or similar)
  • Positive understanding of leadership and first leadership experience preferable
  • Good understanding of process optimization, high costumer and service orientation
  • IT affinity
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Willingness to live in Germany for a period.
