Recruitment Specialist

  • End-to-end recruitment responsibility
  • Using creative and innovative sourcing and networking methodologies to attract the most talented candidates of ICT sector
  • Pre screening applicants via phone, testing language skills
  • Scheduling and conducting job interviews
  • Keeping daily contact with candidates, hiring managers, agencies and other stakeholders in a multinational environment
  • Scheduling and participating on AC (Assessment Center) as observer
  • Managing internal recruitment process and candidates
  • Representing the company at job fairs and marketing events


Job requirements:

  • College/ University (MA or BA)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sourcing / recruitment experience in corporate or agency side
  • English knowledge, German is an advantage
  • MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experienced in usage of various online recruitment channels (Facebook, Linkedin etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility
  • Precise and punctual in work
  • Positive attitude, creativity
