Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

INTRODUCTION

The Recruitment Specialist will assure to use all the available tools and sources, as well as to use his/her knowledge and skills for providing quality candidates within the given timelines with a continuous focus on the inner and external customers.

FUNCTION

Sourcing

  • Internal sourcing of candidates via using database
  • External sourcing of candidates via using online public databases and various social media tools (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Ensure that Job Advertisements are always uploaded in time in all the possible channels 
  • Ensuring quality CV flow through the recruitment agency partners for the released assignments

Pre-screening evaluation of candidates

  • Screening candidates based on CVs
  • Organize and conduct phone interviews and short-list candidates for the next rounds
  • Organize project related pre-screening tests when applicable
  • Organize language checks
  • Responsible for name checks for profiles received from recruitment agency partners

Screening evaluation of candidates

  • Organize technical and management interviews
  • Organize and conduct face-to-face HR interviews
  • Provide professional feedback to agencies and candidates

Decision making

  • Taking part in decision making and setting candidate priority (decision making in rejecting candidates after HR interview based on objective evaluated reasons)
  • Efficiently conduct salary negotiations with candidates and associates
  • Releasing offers to selected candidates

Stakeholder management

  • Act as a Consultant by being point of information for all the involved stakeholders
  • Relationship management with internal stakeholders throughout the whole process
  • Ensure proper candidate management
  • Relationship management with recruitment agencies throughout the whole process

Business Acumen

  • Understanding the requirements of the business
  • Continuous support and focus on market information regarding skill availability, feasibility of Fulfilling different positions with information regarding recruitment timeline and salary range
  • Consultation on job feasibility for projects

Quality

  • Ensure recruitment process is followed by all the stakeholders involved in the selection process
  • Monitors and follows up that interviewers are eligible to represent the company during the selection process and they are trained to be professional interviewers
  • Ensures that quality interview evaluation forms are in place by properly auditing them

Job fairs

Reports

  • Creating ad-hoc reports related to position and candidate status whenever needed

Administration

  • Daily maintenance and update of the recruitment database and the daily tracker (accurate data in time)

REQUIREMENTS

Required:

  • College or university degree
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment preferred (Including sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and stakeholder management)
