IT Support Expert

Job Description
Main tasks and responsibilities:

•    Manage, solve or escalate incidents and requests reported by end users of client company entities according to internal processes and SLAs
•    Coordinate issues with external IT infrastructure service providers including networking, hardware purchasing and maintenance
•    Install and maintain Windows based desktop systems, support and manage Windows servers, Active Directory and other services
•    Administer reported incidents, it’s solution and related knowledge base items


•    1-3 years’ experience in an IT support role
•    Deep knowledge in Windows desktop and server operating systems
•    Deep knowledge in directory services, Active Directory
•    Experience in desktop management systems
•    Very good command of written and spoken English 
•    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
•    Reliability, thoroughness, abstract and analytical thinking
•    Costumer focus and ability to work well under pressure
