Introduction

Tasks
  • Ability to review processes in accordance to Policies
  • Handles complex escalations, problems independently by utilizing key information security administration practices, policies and providing excellent customer service via various channels such as phone, chat, ticketing systems
  • Assists and participates in severity escalation management
  • Assists the team on compliance calls, meeting with Audit
  • Collects and analyzes evidence with internal/external compliance and auditing agencies / officials
  • Creates, maintains, and performs annual review of Process Control Manual documents associated with specific systems assigned
  • Ensures adherence to pre-assigned SLO requirements for designated requests at a personal and team level
  • Checks and reviews implementation of already established security procedures within the framework of specific system assignments, focusing on the full scope of Service Catalog requirements for simple thru complex, multi-tiered applications
  • Utilizes key information security administration tools
  • Maintains strong proactive attitude and solution orientation for our customers
  • Provides training to team members, assists in development of others
  • Understands effective collaboration and applies them in practice
  • Completes all tasks in connection with the organization’s goals required by the direct manager, supervisor or the functional head

  • Ability to manage multiple efforts and adjust priorities with evolving work efforts.
  • Utilize Microsoft applications for creating and maintaining basic files
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Minimum High School Degree
Advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in an IT support or customer service role
