Introduction
Our partner, the Shared Service Center for a global full-line vehicle manufacturer company provides a full range of accounting services to its subsidiaries in all major European languages. They help to create and develop the culture of their growing offices in an idea-lead environment, where the challenges and innovation lead the way.
Tasks
  • Write Process Documentation in word format based on training material 
  • Review and update Process Documentation in line with the current process 
  • Report status of Process Documentation 
  • Ad-hoc tasks linked to Process Documentation by team Manager’s instruction
Expectations
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
  • Good understanding of end to end Finance & Accounting processes 
  • Fluent English
  • Accounting or Economics degree 
  • Min 4-5 years in accounting/finance area 
  • Ability to work in diverse cultural environment 
  • Open minded Flexibility Result driven attitude 
  • Ability to grab and understand processes in a fast manner 
  • Ability to highlight process deficiencies / or possible areas to improve
Advantageous
  • Relevant experience in financial field
  • SAP knowledge
