Billing and Provisioning Support Specialist

Tasks
  • Registering products and creating worksheets
  • Applying existing business processes in non-standard enviroment
  • Handling change requests and terminations
  • Starting implementation requests in the respective systems
  • Create, change or terminate billing tasks and invoices
  • Tracking status of the provisioning, co-operate with aligned functions in order to support a successful implementation and eliminate issues to prevent customer complaints
  • Providing a robust help to tasks in the above areas within the Sales Support business scope
  • Ensuring that all executed tasks satisfy both the customer's and the company's requirements
  • To provide timely and constructive solution-oriented support services to maximize revenues and profitability in a manner that minimizes liabilities and risks, whilst delighting the internal and external customer
  • To provide support for implementation of contracted fixed services and initiate billing tasks, troubleshoot issues and provide reports & analytics
  • Provides accurate, effective and timely billing and provisioning support within the agreed scope
  • Initiates tasks related to billing for fixed products
  • Provide support in implementation projects and tasks for the sales team in the respective CRM systems
  • Follow up and co-operate with other stakeholders in the sales support team, the SWAT team and other aligned functions
  • Create reports and analysis regarding the project progress and daily tasks
  • Ensuring that risks are identified and mitigated to reduce or eliminate claims by customers
  • Assists in the development and sharing of know-how and precedent materials
  • Ensures that all documents and records are up-to-date and stored in the respective databases and other internal systems
Expectations

  • Experience in billing or in other fields of similar activities, preferably in Telco
  • Experience with CRM, billing or provisioning systems
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
