Tasks
- The role entails the financial responsibility for one of our manufacturing area with a volume of >60 Mio EUR and 350 employees
- You are comfortable with factory environment and product cost and price calculations
- You will analyze and take actions on production variance, material consumption as well as the cost center coverage and the non-conformance costs (NCCs)
- As a finance responsible, you can work independently and in close collaboration with others (technical managers, business partners, and team members)
- You will be the link between our production, purchasing, and other operations departments in a very dynamic environment
- You will drive cost savings and production controlling
- In addition, you are responsible for the regular closing, forecasting and budgeting process of the production area
- Define, planning and supervising Asset Management activities
Expectations
- Successfully completed studies in business, finance, or economics
- Experience (at least 3 years) in a manufacturing environment (i.e. production controlling, cost calculation, inventory management, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO
- Good skills with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills and a high level of personal commitment
- Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you can solve complex issues and present them in a simple and transparent manner
- Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments
- A strong quality and organization orientation to create efficiencies and exploit profitability
- You can communicate fluently in English and preferably also in German
