Tasks

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in business development and sales within the IT industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the IT sector
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Expectations
  • 2-3 years proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role in the IT / HR / Headhunting industry
  • Hunter attitude
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
