Contracts Analyst

Tasks
  • Support the regional efforts of regulatory driven contract remediation projects, assist the coordination of the project efforts and facilitate delivery for tight project timelines and deliverable schedules
  • Contract review
  • Contract drafting, contract negotiation with suppliers 
  • Understand and explain a contract review and amendment process to business stakeholders and work with them to agree actions and obtain approvals for any non-standard clauses or to agree to negotiate contract changes with supplier 
  • Manage several contract actions in parallel 
  • Reporting progress accurately on a regular basis 
  • Manage and collaborate proactively across Resource Management Organization (RMO), Sourcing, Analytics, Risk and Legal teams and with internal clients to enable and drive regulatory program implementations 
  • Manage the collection and analysis of supplier, contract and spend data related to the regulatory and legal projects, produce and own the relevant trackers
  • Take part in contract data quality and contract compliance activities 
  • Complete all tasks in connection with the organization’s activity but not detailed in the current job description, charged by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head
