Tasks
  • Review Data Quality reports daily and triage issue resolution, while providing analysis on root cause and recommended solutions
  • Leverage a strong understanding of HR System capabilities across HR taxonomies such as Core HR, Benefits and Integrated Global Payroll to design global operational solutions, enabling efficiency and enforcing Data Quality
  • Work in close partnership with HRSS regional operations teams, HR and Technology partners to gather requirements, document pain points and design dashboards for daily reporting of the current state of Core HR Data
  • Partner with regional HRSS cross-functional teams to implement harmonized cross-taxonomy practices and processes emphasizing data quality
  • Develop subject matter expertise in Citi’s Core HR Business Processes in Workday, including Hire, Change Job, Terminations, Personal Data Changes and Records Management in order to understand end to end data flows
  • Assist in the adoption of tools, methodologies, and governance to ensure that major solutions are implemented, on-time and to specifications; lead the development/enhancement of Workday and Service Now solutions, as needed
Expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, related experience of 5-7 years
  • Experience with Workday HCM and Service Now HR Service Delivery or similar cloud-based HR products
  • Proficient analyzing and manipulating data, and working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR Shared Services and Employee Benefit product offerings and tools
  • Experience designing end to end HR business processes.
  • Proven success at working both independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Must possess leadership ability to see the big picture without losing attention to detail and strong relationship management skills with the ability to handle conflict and negotiations
  • Provides analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Persuades and influences others through developed communication and diplomacy skills with colleagues, stakeholders and partners
  • Experience and ease in interfacing with senior management
  • Excellent organizational, communication, relationship building and influencing skills
  • Strong commitment to quality, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
