It was one of the first international shared service centers in Hungary, opening its doors in 2005, presently facilitating services for 95 countries on an international level.
  • Monitor and maintain daily BAU Volume
  • Work with the management team in achieving established goals for the overall GIAM organization
  • Utilize Microsoft applications for creating and maintaining basic files
  • Provide core customer service support for assigned applications and systems
  • Initiate process changes and improvements that increase operating efficiency based on the Lean methodology
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding our partner's clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience either in an Information Security Administration environment or related field with customer service in a similar environment
  • Certifications preferred
  • Customer centric mindset and passionate about delivering high quality customer experiences.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven analytical skills
