The Enterprise Architect works with Digital Transformation and Secretariat colleagues in Geneva and Budapest. The purpose is to understand the business roadmap, its impact on and by digitilisation and to define the Information Systems framework for 2030 along with the roadmap. Particular attention should be given to innovative ways to present and explain the benefits of EA to colleagues with no or very little knowledge of it.
• To develop Information System Framework aligning with Organisation’s strategy 2030, Document Architecture principles to converge resources towards an effective IS landscape
• To critically review and update the current Enterprise Architecture policy and processes to accommodate enhancements. Also, work with other policy and process owners to align practices to maintain consistency in working together
• To contribute in innovating and developing an Architecture dashboard and a simplified knowledge sharing for understanding the architecture governance, and EA in general.
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an active participant in developing IS Architecture
- Experience in a decentralized IT department
- Sound knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies and how to convincingly and clearly present them to non-technical colleagues
- Ability to challenge the status quo, proposing innovative new Ways of Working to increase organisational understanding and adoption of Enterprise Architecture principles and best practices to the organisation’s benefit
- Skills to translate business requirements to IS service mapping
- Good verbal and oral communication skills. Excellent documentation skills
- Understanding of Project Management methodologies
- Fluent in English
