Introduction
Our partner, an international holding company based in Salzburg, has a significant role in the hypermarket industry and helps to coordinate the development of the business group across 4 continents and 11 countries. The company is continuously working on shaping their worldwide strategies and processes in order to optimize the effects of their business operations.
Tasks
  • Act as an expert within the Business Performance Management team in Global Business Coordination for Assortment
  • Perform insightful Business analysis in Global Buying Community
  • Support shaping the refinement of our partner Buying organization
  • Manage communication and alignment with international stakeholders
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of standard procedures in Buying
  • Train and support international stakeholders in new procedures
  • Prepare management presentations and decision papers 
Expectations
  • Completed business / economic-oriented university degree
  • More than 3 years of professional experience from trade, industry or consulting in relation to organisational development with a focus on purchasing/procurement
  • Knowhow in the field of Buying organisation and Buying processes
  • Fluency in English required - Proficiency in German advantageous
  • Advanced presentation and project management skills
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and collaboration skills
