Tasks
  • Support PMO manager with daily reporting preparations, follow-up actions
  • Ensure keeping deadlines with Program level status updates and follow-up delays
  • Update IT project documentation
  • Project scheduling
Expectations
  • Strong business English written, and verbal communication skills is a must
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Word) is a must
  • Education to degree level
  • Focus to quick execution of tasks based on priorities
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, team members and other departments
  • Strong coordination, organization, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to translate IT related technical updates into storytelling fit regarding projects
  • Works well independently and in a team also

 

 

Advantageous
  • Experience in PMO organization is an advantage
  • Experience with collaboration tools is an advantage (MS Teams, Google meet, Zoom)
