The company is present in 5 European countries with 3200 people and its success is tied to the development and professional commitment of its experts.
Tasks
  • Deploying and supporting Digital Procurement solutions
  • Custody of the right usage of Digital / ITS standards and solutions with Procurement Domain
  • End-to-end accountability for the Delivery of ITS Services related to Procurement processes, with key focus areas: increasing quality of services, increasing usage and reducing costs
  • Main actions are focused on building, promoting, enhancing the overall ITS service delivery in collaboration with Business stakeholders, Service owners, and third parties
  • Playing an active role, in maintaining relationship with business stakeholders, ensuring the Business Process Outsourcer delivers the expected level of service using the ITS Services Delivery with his/her team
Expectations
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement/digital procurement field
  • BSc Degree in IT or finance
  • Finance and/or IT knowledge
  • Advanced English knowledge
Advantageous
  • Experience with SAP, Axiscope, Adobe e-Sign and other technologies
  • Experience in maintenance, compliance and Source-to-Order/Pay processes within a global procurement organization
