Tasks
- Handle End- to end recruitment processes
- Provide quality candidates within the given timelines with a continuous focus on the inner and external customers
- Source internal and external candidates
- Screen CVs
- Organize and conduct face-to-face HR interviews
- Take part in the decision-making
- Set priorities
- Conduct salary negotiations and offer release
- Ensure proper stakeholder management
- Understand the requirements of the business
Expectations
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills in English and Hungarian
- College or University Degree
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
