  • Support Bankers on marketing efforts to grow and protect revenue on a specified portfolio of clients
  • Demonstrate the ability to exercise sound judgment and use initiative, but know when to refer, ensuring Bankers are able to focus on marketing efforts and revenue generation
  • Navigation of the product and coverage network; problem escalation and resolution; driving customer satisfaction; support the coverage side duties related to execution of new transactions / flow product services 
  • Co-ordination of credit allocation requests and approvals with PAM teams and CRMS 
  • Support Bankers with credit limit excess investigations and obtain excess approvals 
  • Monitor expiring credit agreements and prepare the necessary documents for renewal 
  • Develop a sound knowledge of credit policies and ability to exercise prudent judgment in managing risks inherent in the business 
  • Prepare client materials for business meetings (support preparing presentation, printing, binding) 
  • Support ASU in the account opening / maintenance process (handle deferrals, prepare tailor made credit and product agreements), process internal document delivery tracking 
  • Responsible for ensuring assigned client portfolio is kept current with respect to due diligence and anti-money laundering, compliance requirements o Manage the “Know Your Customer” procedures for the client portfolio of the team 
  • Keep contact with Business Support Unit regarding KYC renewals/updates 
  • Keep contact with Compliance team regarding Anti-Money Laundering procedures related to KYC and transactions inquiries 
  • Coordinate and support regular control and compliance duties of the team
  • Assist in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed 
  • Coordinate all aspects of executive level appointments, meetings and conference calls (external/internal), events 
  • Coordinate the team’s travel arrangements; prepare, reconcile and track expense reports through expense settlement system 
  • Order supplies and process invoices through procurement system; administer internal/external delivery needs (postal, courier) 
  • Complete all tasks in connection with the organization’s activity but not detailed in the current job description, charged by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head
  • Develop and update analyses to support marketing activity and coordinate with bankers on delivery of project work 
  • Source and create pitch and marketing material, liaising with product partners and the Bankers 
  • Assist in managing the Corporate Banking relationship infrastructure, including approvals and documentation 
  • Produce and update client plans in conjunction with the product partners and bankers
  • Experience in transactional banking, basic credit knowledge, banking operations
  • Comfortable with client interactions / front line communication 
  • Economic / financial educational background or working experience 
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as analytical abilities and a genuine interest in the financial markets

  • Assimilating new information quickly and relating it to the needs of the client base
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, awareness around priority of tasks and ability to work independently to deadlines 
  • Proactive - Identifying situations that could result in new business and developing recommendations tailored to the client

  • Self-starter - prepared to take the initiative to follow issues through, whilst exercising judgment as to when to seek assistance 
  • Team Player - being able to work in partnership with other individuals on day-to-day and long term projects 
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) 
  • Ability to gain a strong command of internal systems
