Tasks

Supporting a Senior recruiter
Active sourcing through different recruitment channels
Identifying and contacting Engineer professionals
Conducting pre-screening process per phone (mini interviews)
Managing candidate interviews
Managing social media profiles and professional networks to interact with potential candidates
Quality candidate management
Providing administrative support to the team

Expectations

Fluency in English
Outstanding communication skills in Hungarian and in English
MS Office knowledge
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Accurate, dynamic, enthusiastic working attitude
Human-centered mindset
