  • Facilitate Company businesses’ ongoing compliance with Third Party Management requirements outlined in Company policies and standards
  • Perform post-contract ongoing monitoring activities based on specific third-party risk profile, country, and / or business requirements. Such activities include HR Management, Subcontractor Reliance, Corporate Responsibilities, Insurance Coverage, Exit Strategy Plan Review, Finacial Statement Collection etc
  • Perform quality control reviews for third-party risk management activities and provide credible challenges to accountable / responsible parties
  • Monitor progress on agreed upon third-party remediation activities and escalate issues as necessary
  • Liaise with Sourcing and Business to provide guidance on policy compliance and overall third-party risk management requirements
  • Engage with Business Stakeholders and Suppliers while completing third party controls 
  • Execute common, standardized third-party risk management processes, managed centrally by the TPU
  • Ensure high-level of Customer interaction and satisfaction
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Minimum 12 months employment in multinational / shared service environment OR 2 years regardless of the field
  • Fluent written and spoken level of English and French/German languages
  • Intermediate command of MS Suite
  • Experience in a similar field is an advantage
