Senior PMO Specialist

They are continuously working on further succession with the help of a dedicated workforce, so their Digitalization and IT Department is now expanding to further support global projects and core activities.

Tasks

To critically review, innovate and update the current project management policy to newly agreed governance of the organization digital transformation
To develop the Project Management methodology that supports the new Project Management policy
To adapt the project management systems (processes and tools) to the future state of the Digital Transformation Department (DTD 2.0)

Expectations

5 to 10 years of experience as a member of a PMO
Experience in a decentralized PMO where project managers are based in different countries
Project Management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE 2
Ability to challenge the status quo, proposing innovative new Ways of Working to increase the PMO’s efficiency and effectiveness, and the project managers’ and others’ experience working with the PMO
Good verbal and oral communication skills
Excellent documentation skills
Fluent in English
