They are continuously working on further succession with the help of a dedicated workforce, so their Digitalization and IT Department is now expanding to further support global projects and core activities.
Tasks

Under the supervision of the Regional HR Manager, the Senior Officer, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for the strategies

for the end-to-end recruitment and selection processes and requires an in-depth knowledge of talent acquisition practices

as well as strong business acumen.


Moreover, the incumbent champions HR reporting in the Europe Region and the Shared Service Centre to generate

valuable information and facilitate decision making through HR data storytelling.


Job duties and responsibilities


Workforce Planning

  • Support the development and implementation of workforce strategies for a range of positions by organizing and facilitating workforce planning meetings
  • Assist managers in determining workforce needs throughout the employee lifecycle and follow up on contractual matters within assigned division(s) /department(s)
  • Initiate contract extensions, reassignments and exit strategies as appropriate

  • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
  • Define employer branding and social recruiting strategies with an emphasis on engaging with passive talent
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes by providing support in drafting job descriptions, identifying job requirements, grading positions, shortlisting candidates for interviews, participating in recruitment panels, calculating remuneration offers, performing background checks and conducting relevant negotiations with selected candidates
  • Participate in the implementation of strategies aimed at maintaining the highest standards of integrity, candidate diversity as well as fairness and transparency in the Recruitment and Selection process
  • Design and manage programs related to Recruitment and Selection, including Referral Programs
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance candidate and new hire experience
  • Advise hiring managers on the engagement of different categories of the partner personnel, including interns, volunteers, consultants, Staff on Loan (SoL) and the partner's staff.
  • Advise the Regional HR team and other field-based colleagues on resource planning, talent acquisition strategies, and HR best practices
  • Deliver training on various aspects of recruitment and selection, including unconscious bias, competency-based interviewing and writing of job descriptions
  • HR Reporting
  • Develop further the regional HR metrics and their tracking (including cluster and country offices) to generate valuable information and facilitate decision making
  • Regular reporting of key HR Processes and HR KPIs for the Europe Region and Global Services Centre
  • Contribution to the building of an effective, high-quality, HR team
  • Contribute to the continued improvement of regional HR metrics and their tracking to generate valuable information and facilitate decision making
  • Be actively involved in broader projects and policy development activities and contribute to wider process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure support in registering and updating master data in the organization’s HR systems
  • Provide back-up support in the absence of other team members

Expectations
  • An advanced university degree in HR or related field. A combination of a first-level university degree and extensive relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree
