Tasks
- Coordinating issue resolution on incidents and problems that occur for the live units.
- Service and change requests management
- Ensure stable IT Service Management process continuation and improvements
- Help consultants ensure (if help requested) that tickets assigned to the consultant can be processed seamlessly
- Contribute with input to designing, carry out testing, prepare user guides, train IT Service Management processes
- Participate in the delivery of the services as defined in the Service Catalog
- Proactive system monitoring, improvement proposals and initiatives
- Preventive IT Service Management process support
- Perform daily tasks in the global ticketing system
Expectations
- BSc or MSc degree in Information Technology, Economics or Engineering
- 1-2 years of relevant experience with willingness to develop and learn
- Advantage: user experience in a comparable role within SAP (Solution Manager, ServiceNow or comparable IT support solution.)
- ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
- MS OneNote, MS Teams, SharePoint, SAP user experience, SAP Solution Manager user experience, ServiceNow user experience (the more of these the better)
- IT Service Management process related to the SAP
- Fluent English

- User experience in a comparable role within SAP (Solution Manager, ServiceNow or comparable IT support solution.)
