Tasks

Work in close cooperation with our Recruiters and define the sourcing strategy for the open positions
Prepare job advertisements
Use all the available tools and resources to identify and pre-select quality candidates
Conduct phone interviews
Organize language checks
Organize interviews
Focus on a high level of stakeholder management
Ensure that the level of recruitment vendor usage and hiring cost is below the set target

Expectations

English and Hungarian skills on a business level
College or University Degree
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Experience in a similar field
