• Develop a comprehensive training program tailored to the project's specific goals and objectives and already ongoing training efforts
• Identify training needs and gaps through collaboration with project stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Conduct training sessions for project end-users, ensuring content is delivered effectively and engagingly
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and adjust the program as needed
• Be part of and collaborate and collaborate with the Organizational Change Management team to incorporate training-related content into communication and community engagement efforts
• Provide ongoing support and resources for project team members to reinforce learning and development
• Assist in onboarding new team members and ensure they receive the necessary training

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Organizational Development, or a related field is a plus
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a project-based environment
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to adapt to different learning styles
• Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Organizational and project management skills to coordinate training schedules and resources

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
