Junior PM - supporting a senior project manager

Our multinational Client is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Junior IT Project Manager, who will support a senior project manager in 2 projects

The main responsibilities are the following:

• Identify goals and project delivery clearly
• Define all activities necessary to acquire project goals and objectives
• Identify needed members for project team, resource planning on a regular basis, while managing and controlling project work
• Identify prime risks and limitations within project plan
• Evaluate and determine plan variance from project performance
• Collect and present performance information related to the projects, quality assurance, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
• Identify probable impact to associates, clients and shareholders
• Perform with subject matter experts all through organization to gather entire business needs required to attain project goals
• Familiar with project controlling and financial management (analysis/forecasts, manage project budget
• Conduct change throughout project inclusive of schedule, scope and team membership
• Collaborate effectively with infrastructure associates across entire business units along with management levels
• Ensure to capture, prioritize and solve project problems in organized manner
• Provide guidance and advice to other Project Managers, business managers and key stakeholders
• Regular reporting to the Project Steering Committee, provide regular KPI reporting

Required skill set and experience:

• University degree in IT or economics or technical engineering
• Advanced Hungarian
• English is a must
• Qualified in project management
• Overall IT technical knowledge
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• PM experience 1-3 years, min. 2 complex projects
• Quick thinker, learner
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Disciplined work
• Self-motivated
