Are your ready to take the next step in your career? Our company is looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Project Manager, who is committed to successfully managing key projects and will work as a fully dedicated external PM for driving the project and coordinating cross-functional collaboration. This Project Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships throughout HR department, while delivering timely, viable solutions by develop planning and implementation with a focus on onboarding and cross-boarding to ensure seamless start and engaging employee experience.


Your main responsibilities are the following:

  • Identify infrastructure goals and project delivery clearly
  • Define all activities necessary to acquire project goals and objectives
  • Evaluate and determine plan variance from project performance
  • Collect and present performance information related to the projects, quality assurance, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
  • Identify probable impact to associates, clients and shareholders
  • Perform with subject matter experts all through organization to gather entire business needs required to attain project goals
  • Familiar with project controlling and financial management (analysis/forecasts, manage project budget
  • Conduct change throughout project inclusive of schedule, scope and team membership
  • Ensure to capture, prioritize and solve project problems in organized manner


Required skill set and experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role
  • Understand HR and IT terminology and methods
  • Demonstrate examples of similar successful positions in the past and has process creation experience
  • Capable to coordinate broad cross-functional team and assertive to drive the project
  • Experience in design thinking would be a big asset – as we aim to design a top onboarding journey
  • Experience in agile working methodology is also a plus
  • PMP or PRINCE2 Certification is an advantage

· Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management experience

· Ability to run multiple projects maintaining quality and control

· Be highly collaborative with the current team, management structure and business leaders

· Demonstrate a ‘Can-Do’ attitude

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is a must
