PMO Lead (with german)

Job Description

We are looking for PMO (with German language) for our multinational company.


  • Set up new projects (in our PM system) and assist the project managers, while tracking tasks, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues and costs
  • Act as key point of contact to support project managers on the project and program manager as well
  • Manage all relevant PMO content to support the delivery teams
  • Direct and monitor the requirements and progress of various implementation projects
  • Create and distribute project status reports, presenting the project status for the project management
  • Responsible for project timeline, resource management
  • Prepare financial forecasts
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reports including labor cost reporting
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure actuals and budgets are accounted for and reported correctly
  • Responsible for identifying needs and allocating the appropriate resources in order to meet project deadlines
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports
  • Work with program and project managers to ensure project documentation is accurate and complete
  • Keep all relevant project information up-to-date in the PM systems/Sharepoint and File and maintain project control documents (Updating the project dashboard)
  • Monitor and report on the progress of project milestones and deliverables


  • Effectively work with MS Office applications Word, Excel.
  • Experience of working with projects with a business & technology content
  • Experience of Project Management techniques
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and teamwork skills
  • Fluent Hungarian and German.
