Tasks
- Follows the established demand management process
- Creates detailed business analysis, identifies business requirements, presents opportunities, highlights benefits of solutions and reviews risks
- Participation in process creation for project potential documentation (project assessment) and handover criteria for demand- project
- Continuous improvement of the demand management – project lifecycle process
- Proper documentation of both demand analysis and project assessment phases
- Acts as point of contact for IT/IS demands coming from within the organisation or business areas or Corporate functions
- Ensures that all necessary information is provided by the requestor to complete the demand intake process o Involves all relevant IT department in demand and/or project assessment
- Facilitates the demand assessment process, mostly in project potential demands
- Creates the bridge between business and IT to understand the business problem and provide best solution
- Gather capacity/feasibility forecast from development / architect / service delivery teams based on the demand
- Identifies and priorities functional and technical requirements of the business case
- Creates cost estimation during project assessment and clarifies cost ownership with business
- Control over budget/cost for project assessment phase
- Drives meetings with Technical Architect, PMO, Controlling and Service delivery teams during demand - project assessment phases, registers and monitor results, drives for progress
- Responsible for proper handover of demand & project assessment data to the assigned Project Manager after evaluation and assessment phase completed
- Accountable to have all the documents delivered within the demand management - project assessment and transition process
Expectations
- 5 years relevant work experience
- IS / IT service/program delivery of corporate or shared services organization
- Business Analyst / Demand management / Project Management
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Experience in Global Shared Service setup
- Experience in large scale IT/IS environment Education College or University (IT /Business Degree or Equivalent)
- Licensing/Certification: ITIL, PMP, PMI
- Demand management, Project management, Change management, Service management experience
- O365 knowledge
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Other great communication and analytical skills
- Customer Business area IT community, GBS Application and functional teams

- Experience in Cloud demand or project management is an advantage
