Tasks
  • Manage Reporting Needs (both Standard and Ad hoc). Accountable for data quality and TAT
  • Maintain, evolve and support existing reports/ dashboards.You will be the contact person for the internal stakeholders and will be able to collect future requirements and enhancements.
  • Demonstrate excellence in engagement delivery, insightful thought-leadership, strategic problem solving, high impact team management and strong client relations at senior executive levels.
  • Develop a structured, pragmatic problem solving approach to achieve objectives
  • Support decision making by defining the required fact base analysis to evaluate the issues, assess potential solutions and recommending a final solution
  • Communicates tactical process decisions and plans, project status, and issues and workarounds, in order to achieve alignment with relevant areas of the business, function, or region.
  • Leads internal projects with medium to high complexity and risk, provides feedback on projects, and conducts post- project evaluations.
  • Represents the needs of the business, function, or region on an ongoing basis to drive process improvements.
  • Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of medium to high complexity, and understand business/customer impact.
  • Use improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches.
  • Establishes processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives and maintains process documentation.


Expectations
  • Key Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL/PL-SQL/NoSQL
  • Strong experience in database management.
  • Experience with Web based application technologies.
  • Hands on experience with SQL/PL-SQL/NoSQL technologies
  • Technical aptitude & willingness to learn new technologies
  • Fluent in English
  • Autonomous in data analytics, reporting, data visualization
  • University degree (Computer Science, Mathematics and informatics, Economics. Etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Typically, 3-5 years of experience in a related field (IT, Call center, Business Operations, Sales, Marketing. Etc.)
