Business Analyst and PMO support

Tasks

Support the process capability managers and the PMO for Master data migration and customer’s readiness - Part of the EMEA Sales Operations deployment team of the new SAP roll out project.


Responsibilities: Master Data support:
• Works with the Master Data Subject Matter expert to facilitate customer Master data migration into the new SAP
• Supports the preparation of the data
• Support the data upload into the new SAP
• Supports the Data quality validation with the Account teams and project teams
• Support the resolution of any data load errors during data migration. Follow up with the account teams in the markets for inconsistent or incomplete data and take corrective actions
• Support the resolution of any data issue after the go live
• Advises on master data issues and assists stakeholders as required
• Update and reports out to the PMO

Customer readiness & deployment support:
• Engage with the project towers to collect customer/partners specific specials
• Work closely with the Customer and partner Experience Project manager document and track the customer/partner readiness specifics
• Flag any related risk to the deployment plan
• Communicate Readiness status with the markets as per defined governance
• Supports preparation of customer data for migration
• Update and reports out to the PMO

Expectations

Knowledge and Skills:
• Master Excel
• Knowledge in Access, Power BI of advantage
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills (i.e. written, verbal)
• Knowledge in Master Data migration of advantage
• Attention to details
• Project Management Basics


First-level university degree or equivalent experience

Typically 2-4 years of related experience in IT/business operations.

Typically 1-3 years of project management experience.
