Tasks
  • Responsible for the execution of operational processes across channel data collection.
  • Measures, reviews and analyses for efficiency and effectiveness of defined processes.
  • Accountable for operational performance-based metrics and agreed upon service level objectives/agreements as well as ensuring adherence to Company policies and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.
  • Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods
  • Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
  • Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
  • May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.
  • Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
  • Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.
  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred. Typically 6-10 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.
  • Translate the global project into market requirements
  • Ensure program execution and deployment
  • Ensure technical readiness- tools, systems, processes
  • Design and develop capability readiness with capability providers.
  • Coordinate technical escalations and pilots discussions.
  • Prepare program training materials and translations.
  • Align with the market SO MOC leads on program execution.
  • Ensure Operations teams readiness to execute across transactional roles and Partner facing roles
  • Drives training plans and resource readiness.
  • Coordinate Partner onboarding process between Market SO and back-end SO operations
  • Serve as subject matter experts to Ops teams.
  • Monitor operations execution and implement Get well plans, if needed. Manage vendors driven operations execution.
