Tasks
  • May act as a domain champion
  • Manages all claims, exceptions and special requests
  • Coordinates customer’s change requests
  • Provides consultancy and guidance to customer on order management cycle
  • Provide proactive status updates to customer and sales on order
  • Backlog accountability
  • Financial & revenue management
  • Communication & E2E coordination
  • Escalation ownership
