For our international customer located in Bern, we are looking for personnel to offer operation & software support, the change management as well as the incident and problem management.

We are looking to offer

- services based on agreed SLA,

- L2 support,

- onsite / offsite,

-  with personnel with experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

-  and Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (MIM).


Operation of MIM:
- Monitoring activities
- Check hardware utilization
- Contact / SME for MIM
- Patching, service packs, rollups
- Reporting
- Performance - Load Check and Optimization

Change Management
- Advice on Changes
- Rollout of Changes originated from the Development Team
- Cooperation with the offshore team 

Incident & Problem Management
- Handling incident and problem tickets
- Identification of errors during operation
- Create and handle support tickets to Microsoft
