Tasks

• Agentul Servicii Client acționează într-un mediu multicultural și administrează procesele și sistemele operative oferind asistență clienților și partenerilor HP;

• Analistul Servicii Client este parte integrantă a echipei de operațiuni având o varietate de responsbilitati, cum ar fi:

• Verificarea cererilor de plasare comenzi consumabile, aprobarea și plasarea acestora
• Analiza consumului lunar de consumabile la nivel de presă/client
• Menținerea legăturii și livrarea informației actualizate către Supplies Business Manager
• Informarea clienților cu privire la statusul comenzilor
• Colectarea lunară a numărului de pagini printate de către client
• Identificarea preselor care nu sunt conectate la baza de date iServe
• Contactarea prin email a distribuitorilor la fiecare sfârșit de lună în vederea colectării numărului de pagini printate
• Comunicare strânsă cu echipele fiecărei regiuni, responsabile de colectarea numărului de pagini printate
• Identificarea tipurilor de contract și prioritizarea clienților
• Înregistrarea datelor și postarea numărului de pagini printate

Expectations
  • English,
  • German,
  • MS Package (Outlook, Excel, Power Point)

  • Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues.
  • Works on problems/projects of moderately complex scope.
  • Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
  • Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.
  • Follows established guidelines and interprets policies.
  • Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
  • First level university degree with recommended focus in business or finance.Typically 2-4 years of experience.
