Tasks

The Customer invoice dispute support lead works within a Global, multicultural, and fast-moving business environment, supporting Customers, Sales Operations, Supply Chain and Credit and Collection organizations within the area of invoice disputes resolutions. He/she is part of the Sales Operations team and has a wide variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following: 

  • Coordinate Invoice disputes resolution on behalf of sales operations for the respective market for incorrect customer details. 
  • Organize account warrooms with Credit and Collection, Order Management and Sales Operations account team 
  • Drive root cause analysis of the dispute cases in collaboration with the above functions 
  • Drive issue resolutions until invoice dispute case closure 
  • Track action items from all the involved parties 
  • Report weekly the progress to the central project team 
  • Work with Sales Operations account team to collect necessary information from the customers or directly engage with the customers 
  • Be the key contact for Sales Operations market and the project team for the specific market 
  • Process management and improvement 
  • Understand and apply the processes of invoicing, order management and customer master data impacting invoice generation 
  • Identify any process structural gap and help driving process improvement with the subject matter experts and central project team
Expectations
  • 2-3 years’ work experience in Sales Operations, order/invoice management, customer master data or credit and collection 
  • Strong communication skills at any internal hierarchy levels as well as with customers 
  • Leadership skills 
  • Problem’s identification and strategic thinking
  • Solution oriented
  • Independent/self-starter methodology; mature business approach 
  • Fluency in English
