• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions within Gainsight to drive customer success and enhance user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions
• Architect and implement Gainsight's AI functionalities such as predictive analytics, machine learning models, and customer behavior analysis
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the AI team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and best practices to continuously improve AI capabilities within Gainsight

• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Experience with big data technologies and data processing frameworks (e.g. Hadoop, Spark)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java 4. Expertise in deploying and managing AI algorithms and models in production environments
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• Ability to design and architect scalable and efficient AI systems and platforms
• Understanding of ethical and responsible AI practices and principles
• Knowledge of hardware and software infrastructure required for AI deployment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience in leading and managing AI development projects
