• We are currently looking for a talented Gainsight AI Engineer
• The Gainsight AI Engineer, will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining AI solutions within the Gainsight platform to enhance customer success and drive business value
• Design and develop AI solutions within Gainsight to improve customer success, retention, and overall business performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions
• Implement machine learning models, predictive analytics, and natural language processing capabilities within Gainsight
• Conduct data analysis and mining to identify patterns and insights that can be leveraged to improve customer success
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and best practices to continuously enhance AI capabilities within Gainsight

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience in working with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Knowledge of natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI-related domains
• Familiarity with data processing and analysis tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy
• Understanding of software development processes and version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Ability to work with cloud computing platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Skills in designing and implementing scalable and efficient AI systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with data scientists, AI architects, and other team members
