Consultant must take following responsibility for Royalty Management Solution Delivery:

• Lead the planning and delivery for initiatives and improvements around 3rd party royalties, intercompany royalty , license information system as well as reporting
• Subject matter expert for settlement of outgoing royalties (incl. different kind of royalty agreements)
• Subject matter expert for intercompany charging of royalties for external Intellectual Properties (IPs)
• Subject matter expert for Intercompany charging of royalties / licensing for internal IPs

Key applications are SAP Settlement Management, SAP FI/CO, SAP BI and ABAPOO used in the context of 3rd Party Licensing and Royalty Management

Deliverables:

The external contractor takes on the following tasks within the project, which are carried out independently:

• Design concept, architecture, analyze and define business requirements, processes and objectives
• Assess, PLAN and implement SAP solution
• Customize and enhance business functionality and overall performance
• Find and implement solutions to existing and potential problems
• Provide Project go-live support until steady state
• Incident Management
• Service Request Management
• Problem Management
• Continuous Improvements, Housekeeping, Automations
• Application documentation
• Monitoring and administration tasks
• All necessary information and documents will be provided by SAP in advance

Candidate MUST have ALL the following skills:

• Experienced in settlement of outgoing royalties (incl. different kind of royalty agreements)
• Experienced in intercompany charging of royalties for external Intellectual Properties (IPs)
• Experienced in Intercompany charging of royalties / licensing for internal IPs
• Experienced in input and output tax process
• Experienced in extended withholding tax
• Advanced knowledge in SAP S/4HANA...
• Advanced knowledge in SAP FI - GL, AR, AP
• Advanced knowledge in SAP CO - CO, PCA, CCA, COPA
• Advanced knoweldge in SAP Settlement Management
• Advanced knowledge in SAP SD - Ord, Inv
• Advanced knowledge in SAP BRIM - SOM, CI, FICA
