• To drive further integration into development processes, high degree of automation along Unified Metering and increase coverage of metering across all Public Cloud and Private Cloud products, the HAUM team needs to scale
• Although documentation is available, the team needs to deal working personally with 300+ product owners. That’s why the development of an SAP HAUM Usage Onboarding Service is crucial for the success of the goal to integrate with all products and furthermore ensuring success of the NLAC initiative in general

Scope of Services / Deliverables

The concept for the SAP HAUM Usage Onboarding Service is already defined. Support is needed to create all necessary documentation material for the service to implement usage measurement end-to-end:

• Create technical guidelines for service deliverer and service consumer
• Document process end-to-end

• Very good technical writing skills
• Very good visualization skills with regard to Word, PowerPoint, Wiki, and/or SharePoint
• Be able to collect already existing process and technical information and summarize it in a structured manner in a document and documentation platform (SharePoint, Wiki)
• Be able to write technical guidelines, role definitions, and process descriptions - in general, development of a service offering (an example of a service offering would be a 'CQC Service')
