Business Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and lending product flows.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and lending operations.
• Develop and maintain detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

IT Project Implementation:

• Lead or participate in the implementation of IT projects within the Digital Corporate Lending area.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of business solutions.

Database Analysis:

• Utilize your experience working with SQL/Oracle databases for data analysis and debugging purposes.
• Analyze and debug PL/SQL packages, read triggers, procedures, packages, and functions, with an emphasis on solution design and modeling in collaboration with the project architect.

BI/DWH Expertise:

• Understand and contribute to BI/DWH architecture in terms of data modeling, design, integration, and reporting requirements.
• Work with BI reporting tools such as IBM Cognos, Power BI, or OLAP technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
• Over 4 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on IT and application consulting
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Experience with Oracle databases and knowledge of PL/SQL, focusing on analysis, debugging, and solution design
• Familiarity with DataWarehouse solutions, modeling, and integration
• Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies
