Tasks

Our EMEA Services Category business segment is looking for an energic motivated professional to support our business via a wide range of activities.

1. Bundle Service/BOM3 tower, enabling & growing the BOM3 business in EMEA

• Single point of contact for any BOM3 bundling questions
• BOM3 SKUs creation
• Check eligibility, ask for BOM3 and MCC setup, check the setup
• BOM3 dedicated line up creation
• BOM3 setup for Elitebook
• Update dashboard for tracking
• Post sales questions – registration/pricing

2. Accidental Damage Protection (ADP)
• ADP Premium & Claims Operations follow-up
• ADP reports publication to AIG to enable service delivery

3. ABSOLUTE / McAfee
• Raise SmartBuy/Procure 360 POs for EMEA McAfee sourcing
• Invoices reconciliation, so as to enable service delivery

4. Monthly sanity checks
• Check and lead corrective action on
• Care Pack setup :pricing/costing/PLC info
• Compatibility information; SCM/Crest

Expectations
  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience as Business Analyst/Back-office specific transaction
  • Typically 6+ years of related experience in IT/business operations/business analyst
  • E2E/big-picture vision of the Q2C processes
  • Negotiation / influencing /adaptability skills
  • Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Superior communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required
  • Advanced understanding of internal business processes and policies
  • Extensive knowledge and skills in using business applications (Excel, Visio, Power Point)
  • Lean Six Sigma foundation is an advantage
