The Business Analyst will be working within the Data and Business Management organization. This organization is responsible for delivering solid reporting solutions and platforms for WW business to work productively and effectively on. The team in which the BA will be working is a professional and dedicated one, fully focused on creating innovative & complex solutions for each of the business needs and having spectacular achievements as result of high intention, sincere effort and skillful execution. Its purpose is to create BI solutions/reports based on this environment, at Global level but also in the countries/markets and alignment with Worldwide initiatives.

  • Design and develop business reports that provide insight into key data points as per business requirements.
  • Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
  • Analyze and verify requirements and feedback received for accuracy, completeness, consistency, comprehensibility. Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
  • Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to stakeholders
  • Support various stakeholders and departments in reaching their goals through analysis
  • Provide support and trainings for the developed reporting solutions and used platforms / tools / data sources
  • Work in a matrix organization and interact across different functions and business units
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge. Power BI front end is a plus.
  • College diploma or university degree level, preferably in the Computer Science or Economic field;
  • Strong, proven English language skills – both verbal and written.
  • Three to five years related work experience, especially around business and/or technical requirements analysis, modeling, verification, and methodology development
  • Project management for self (prioritization, deliverable management) and team collaboration (sharing of information, providing instructions)
  • Ability to work with big inflow of information, analyze, prioritize tasks and take action
  • Ability to work both independently or in a team and to show initiative.
  • Accountability for tasks assigned. Goal Oriented.
  • Strong analytic thinking.
  • Good communication skills (questioning, listening, presentation & negotiation skills).
  • Strong ability to synthesize and convey knowledge & information, as well as to facilitate learning.
  • Customer oriented – keep customer always in mind.
  • Hardworking, honest, team player.
  • Good understanding of cultural difference.
