Tasks
  • Builds dashboards to enable program leads to measure program performance on an ongoing basis
  • Supports Management Reviews with Program KPIs showing retailers' performance across markets
  • Support international sales manager to build insightful business views during account reviews including PAN EMEA agreements, Amplify metrics, sales performance, key strategic initiatives
  • Work with the data insights team to ensure views created for retailers correlate miscellaneous metrics to equip the partner’s retail teams with advanced insights about their retailers
  • Build views for markets to measure store-level activities


Advanced Analytics:

  • Propose new ways to display numbers to management by pivoting and correlating existing data points
  • Work closely with markets to capture business requirements Amplify Program Support
  • Build reports to ensure quotas and targets are aligned with market growth and other RTMs
  • Work with sales operations to ensure business rules are implemented with proper alerts in place
  • Run regular reports on KPIs, and compensation evolution at the market and retailer level
  • Deliver quarterly Amplify scorecards
  • Support Data Quality processes and manage and develop associated Power BI dashboard
Expectations

Education and Experience Required

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of related experience in IT/ IT services/ Business operations/ Call center
  • 1-3 years of data analysis, business intelligence experience
  • Proven experience in Power BI - is a must


Ideal Candidate

  • Strong background with MS Excel, and MS Access for reporting & analytics
  • Ability to articulate clearly business issues based on data and flag problems/opportunities
  • Strong command of PowerPoint and storyboarding
  • Background in Predictive Analytics (data mining, correlation) would be a plus
  • Solid communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills
  • Intermediate project management skills such as planning, execution, and implementation.
  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies (Office 365 solutions, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Excellent English language skills which are required for daily use
  • Ability to efficiently collaborate across multiple teams
  • Demonstrable ability to independently find solutions and drive success from trial and error
  • Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment with discussions occurring via telephone and desktop sharing
  • Ability to manage and organize your time, be detail oriented and deliver consistently on schedule
