Tasks
  • Partner with senior business management team to ensure alignment of business goals
  • Assist leadership and stakeholders with developing projects, determining strategies, and defining/providing metrics
  • Prepare materials, record minutes, and follow-up as needed on items for business committees and/ or regular business meetings
  • Seek out sources, track, consolidate and analyze ad-hoc and regular business requests
  • Drive implementation of business-driven projects across functions, working closely with relevant senior leadership
  • Provide input into and recommend technology change, process improvements and control framework enhancements
  • Communicate business knowledge, product knowledge, and requirements to business and internal support functions 
  • Compliance with the employees' conduct rules as described in the Employer's policies and procedures and applicable laws, regulations and guidance issued by the competent authorities
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
Expectations
  • Bachelor / Master Degree
  • Fluent in English language
  • Advanced Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power Point)
  • Has to have good interpersonal skills, excellent presentation skills
  • Good analytical thinking and strategic planning with integration skills are also required
  • Has to have excellent ability to pay attention to details, set priorities in an environment that is productivity driven
  • Should be creative, flexible and have initiative
  • Must have unquestionable integrity and high moral standards
  • Awareness of our partner's people, processes, policies and relevant laws
  • Strong ability to understand our partner's Strategy, Value Proposition and Products
  • Strong execution and implementation ability
  • A minimum of 3 year experience in strategy planning
  • Must be a wizard with Microsoft Office and Power Point
  • Ability to communicate in English with Senior Managements
  • Comprehensive understanding of capital markets and capital markets risks
  • Excellent presentation skills
