This position is providing administrative support for the EMEA Print Industrial Business Services Organization and is generally responsible for reviewing, analysing and executing administrative tasks, and communicating to internal/external customers as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Capture, entry, and organization of customer information
Contracts administration tasks
Updating sales opportunity data
Maintaining records and documentation
Researching information, compiling data for reports
Assisting with analysis and coordinating work via pre-defined processe
Ensures that both transactional and aggregated data are timely, accurate, organized and accessible
Ensures recorded transactions and customer information is appropriately secure and that data retrieval and reporting capabilities meet the needs of internal sales, operational support, delivery, and audit teams and in accordance with local legal compliance and the partner's policy requirements
Interfaces with internal stakeholders, partners, and end customers to communicate status or resolve issues arising during or after the sales cycle
Provides knowledge expertise to the partner’s operations community to optimize, simplify, and standardize the use of customer and sales data for decision making
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Fluent in English (written & oral)
- Demonstrated analytical skills and strong process orientation
- Critical attention to detail, Planning & Organizing is instrumental
- Excellent communication skills and stress management, with ability to build and maintain strong internal/external relationships and teamwork
- Problem Solving: Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution
- Possesses a sense of urgency with ability to stay focused on goals and objectives
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or equivalent experience
- 1 years of experience in similar roles or businesses is a plus
