Customer and Sales Support with German

  • Operational management with action plan and business analyzes presented to key accounts from the list assigned by partners (distributors and resellers)
  • Understands the organization of key accounts, practices & business model
  • Is responsible for the operational performance offered to the portfolio of partners
  • Leads the implementation & standardization of key programs in Sales Operations (Amplify, Digital Transformation, etc.)
  • Collaborates and consults with the operations department to ensure the effectiveness of communications/courses to partners on all programs/tools
  • Coordinates and acts as an entry point for the escalations of the assigned partners and intervenes in the escalations of crisis situations of the other partners
  • May conduct or assist in supporting training and/or presentations on the operation of processes within the department
  • Provides coaching/collaboration/consultancy to other operational teams to ensure excellent performance for partners. Relationship with business people (sales)
  • Interface with the business for all topics related to operations in the indirect segment including programs in this segment
  • Provides support for the sales agents of the portfolio partners with operational experience and process knowledge
  • Conducts business/operational analysis/balance sheet with business people
  • Trusted consultant for managers in the indirect segment, marketing, sales people
  • Leads the implementation & standardization of key programs in Sales Operations
  • Leads escalations with senior management and operational excellence
  • Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives
  • Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope
  • Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution
  • May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process
  • Ability to handle most unique situations
  • May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues
  • First level university degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of related experience (e.g., supply chain, customer service, procurement, financial management)
